Frequently asked questions
- How is Ranbval billed?
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. You can cancel any time from the dashboard and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What counts as a "request" against my plan limit?
Each call you route through the secure proxy at /api/execute counts as one request. Local SDK decrypts using your project secret do not count.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Pick a different plan from the Billing tab in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
- Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Within 14 days of any new charge or renewal you can request a full refund — see the refund policy for details.
